Description: This one of a kind Amethyst cathedral geode statement specimen from Brazil has a tall, narrow profile with a long open cavity running nearly the full height of the piece. The interior is lined with pale lavender to grey-purple Amethyst crystals, with larger clear to white quartz points forming a thick border around the opening. A dark blue-grey agate band separates the crystal lining from the rough black basalt exterior. The lower section shows natural tan, green, and dark mineral staining near the base, while the flat-cut bottom allows the specimen to stand securely. The colour is lighter than many Brazilian cathedrals, giving the piece a clean, neutral look with a steady crystal sparkle.
