Description: This permineralized wood fossil specimen from Germany features a long, naturally fractured form with deep reddish-brown, dark burgundy, and black mineralized colouring. The piece preserves strong wood-like grain, layered bark-like ridges, and splintered textures along the length of the specimen, giving it the appearance of ancient charred timber.
