Description: This is two halves of an Anchisaurus fossil. This fossil was found in Middletown, Connecticut and is mainly grey and black in colour. The Anchisaurus were small in size and ate mostly plants. Anchisaurus had blunt edged teeth and jaws that were not suited for eating meat as they did not have the strength to rip apart other mammals. They mostly lived on all four legs, except when reaching for food.
