Description: Epidote is one of the most outstanding display minerals. The finest and most desirable form of Epidote is in delicate elongated crystals that are extremely lustrous and often interconnected. At first glance epidote looks black, however once light passes through its structure you realize it's actually a deep sea green. Epidote is also known to have a characteristic shade of yellowish-green or pistachio-green, and brown.

Epidote can help to relieve tension, increase circulation and stimulate muscle tone. It strengthens and supports the immune and lymphatic systems, and particularly acts as an aid in balancing thyroid function. Epidote can be used as a detoxifier, especially if taken as a gem elixir.
