Origin: Boise, Arizona, USA

Description: This is a piece of raw Limestone that is textured and grey in colour. In crystal traditions, limestone is associated with positive thoughts and emotional balance. Limestone resonates with the root chakra and has great grounding abilities. Limestone is part of the Carbonate mineral family. It is also traditionally said to nurture the soul.

The etching on the limestone cobble is due to acid rain partially dissolving the stone.
