How to Use:

2. Light the sweetgrass: Light one end of the sweetgrass bundle, and let it burn for a few seconds, then blow out the flame. Sweetgrass is traditionally burned in a special bowl or abalone shell, and the smoke is wafted over the person, place, or object being blessed.
