Description: This one of a kind Paralejurus trilobite specimen from Morocco features a well-defined fossilized trilobite with a broad rounded cephalon, segmented thorax, and compact tail section preserved in natural stone matrix. Paralejurus trilobites are known for their smooth, rounded body shape and clean, sturdy appearance compared with more spiny Moroccan trilobites. This specimen has good display appeal as a natural fossil piece, with enough structure visible to show the classic trilobite form without being overly delicate.

Paralejurus is a genus of trilobite from the Devonian Period, a time when shallow seas covered parts of what is now Morocco. Trilobites were marine arthropods that lived on the sea floor, feeding, scavenging, and moving through ancient ocean sediments. Morocco is one of the best-known sources of Devonian trilobites, especially from the Anti-Atlas region, where fossil beds have produced many collectible species for study and display.
