Description: Skutterudite is a metallic, silver-gray to steel-gray crystals or aggregates with a distinctive metallic luster. Skutterudite is primarily composed of cobalt and arsenic. It is named after the Skutterud mines in Norway, where it was first discovered. It is extremely dense - the specimens have an extremely satisfying weight to them. They are covered in well formed octahedral crystals.

In metaphysical practices, skutterudite is less commonly discussed compared to more popular minerals. However, some practitioners believe that minerals with metallic properties can help with grounding and enhancing personal power.
