SHIPPING

Fulfillment Time:

  • Time Frame: Our fulfillment time typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Schedule:

  • We ship orders every Tuesday and Friday.

Damaged Items:

  • If any items arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Kindly provide photographic proof of the damage to initiate a refund or replacement process.

Tracking Information:

  • All parcels and packages shipped within Canada will have tracking information provided.
  • For international parcels, tracking options are available at the buyer's expense.
  • If tracking is not chosen for international shipments, we cannot be held liable for non-delivery.

Unpicked Parcels:

  • In rare cases, parcels are not picked up from the destination address and are returned to us.
  • To prevent this, please ensure you provide a valid phone number during the ordering process.
  • The post office may use this contact information to notify you of the parcel's arrival.


Delivery

For large items requiring transport, we recommend arranging it yourself for convenience. However, if you prefer, we can handle the organization. We will either use our own vehicles or hire reliable freight companies to securely transport your items.

In-Store Pick Up

Orders paid in full will be held for up to 6 months. After this period, storage fees will apply. If we do not hear from you by the 6-month mark, we will make every effort to contact you with a 1-month notice. If no contact is made, your items will be forfeited and not returned. Should you change your mind about picking up your items, shipping is always an option.
