Description: These earing studs were meant to be simple texture studs. I actually used a seashell, pressed wax onto it to get the relief casting of the design. I used the impression to make molds which eventually resulted in my ability to make metal replicas of the original design. Everyone kept saying it looked like the moon, so I guess that's what it is now called.
