Description: When carving wax models for lost wax casting, I use a wood whittling knife to peel away thin wax shavings. The main body of this design was made from those curled peelings. I added a gemstone setting, then converted the wax into metal through the molding and casting process, turning a simple carving byproduct into a wearable piece.
