Troubleshooting Tips: Premature belt breakage can be due to a number of factors. Consider the following: Do not exceed weight/load specifications for tumbler barrel. Lubricate shafts and bearings. Keep shafts and outer barrel surfaces clean and dry. Maintain proper tension of belts and alignment of pulleys. Belts too tight, loose, or that slip can break easily. Check your tumbler regularly during operation, adjust as necessary and these belts can last years.
