Description: This is silicon carbide grit meant for tumbling gemstones. This grit is a 50/50 blend of 120girt and 220grit and acts as stage 2 of 4 for tumbling. It can also be used for flat lapping.

Silicon Carbide is the most effective and best bang for your buck when it comes to any generic lapidary abrasive media. It is not sandblasting grade, it is lapidary grade.
