Description: Peridot is a gem-quality variety of olivine, characterized by its bright green color, which can range from yellowish-green to deep green. It is a magnesium-iron silicate mineral and is prized for its clarity and vivid hue. Often used in jewelry, peridot is known for its vibrant appearance and is one of the few gemstones that occurs in only one color.

These peridot crystals have small needle like inclusions of the mineral of ludwigite. Ludwigite is a rare borate mineral that typically appears as dark green to blackish-green crystals. These minerals rarely occur together. Many of the crystals in this lot are completely gem clean save for their ludwigite inclusions, and many specimens are attractively twinned. 

Peridot is believed to promote emotional healing and personal growth by opening the heart chakra. It is said to enhance feelings of joy and positivity, release negative emotions, and attract abundance and prosperity. The stone is often associated with renewal and transformation.
