Description: This Actinolite Quartz facet-grade rough features natural quartz material with green Actinolite inclusions running through the stone. The rough may show clear to translucent quartz areas, fine needle-like green inclusions, cloudy internal veils, and natural fracture lines that should be evaluated before cutting. Selected as facet-grade material, it is best suited for cutters looking for included quartz with character, especially for faceted stones, cabochons, display rough, or custom lapidary projects.

Actinolite Quartz is quartz included with Actinolite, a green amphibole mineral known for its fibrous, needle-like, or radiating crystal habit. The contrast between clear quartz and green mineral inclusions gives the material a natural, earthy look while still allowing for good polish and light movement when cut.
