Description: This one of a kind Anatase specimen from the Kharan District of Balochistan, Pakistan features a low, plate-like matrix covered with small clear to smoky Quartz crystals and several dark metallic Anatase crystals. The main Anatase crystals sit across the central ridge and surrounding pockets, showing sharp faces, dark grey to black colour, and a strong reflective surface. The matrix has a rough tan, brown, and pale grey base with natural iron staining, giving the piece an earthy contrast against the cleaner Quartz points. Overall, this specimen has a flatter display profile, good crystal coverage, and a natural mix of dark Anatase, clear Quartz, and rugged host rock.

Kharan District material is well known among collectors for producing sharp anatase on quartz- and albite-rich matrix, and the district’s occurrences are tied to pegmatitic and alpine-type settings.
