Description: This one of a kind Harpes trilobite fossil specimen from Morocco features a raised black trilobite prepared on a pale grey limestone matrix with a broad, textured display surface. The fossil shows a rounded cephalic fringe with rusty orange-brown undertones around the outer rim, contrasting with the glossy dark body. Its long sweeping genal spines curve upward from the head, while the ribbed thorax and central axis are exposed in high relief, giving the specimen a dramatic sculptural form and strong visual contrast against the stone base.

Harpes is a distinctive genus of trilobite known for its wide, perforated head shield and sweeping crescent-like outline.
