描述

Mined from: Shigar Valley, Skardu District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan

Description: This one of a kind Aquamarine specimen from Pakistan features several blue Aquamarine crystals set across a white Feldspar matrix with associated Muscovite. The main Aquamarine crystal runs prominently across the front of the piece and shows a strong prismatic shape, good translucency, and a medium blue to blue-green colour. Smaller Aquamarine crystals are visible around it, while the surrounding matrix is made up of blocky to layered white Feldspar with pale silvery Muscovite plates and natural beige mineral staining. The contrast between the clean blue Beryl and the pale matrix gives the specimen a strong display look.

Aquamarine is the blue variety of Beryl, a mineral species that also includes Emerald and Morganite. Pakistan is well known for producing fine Aquamarine from the pegmatite deposits of Gilgit-Baltistan, especially the Skardu and Shigar Valley region. Specimens from this area are often found with Feldspar, Muscovite, Albite, Quartz, and other pegmatite minerals, and are collected for both their crystal quality and their balanced matrix presentation.

Spiritually, Aquamarine is often linked with calm, clear communication, emotional balance, and a steady mindset. Muscovite is commonly associated with reflection, insight, and mental clarity, while Feldspar is often connected with grounding and self-awareness. Together, these minerals are often valued by collectors and crystal users as a combination of calm energy, clarity, and balance.
