Graphic Designer

Are you a creative mind looking for a steady, ongoing role in graphic design? Join us at Rubble Rock and Gem, one of four interconnected businesses focused on the exciting world of rocks, gems, and more. As part of our team, you'll primarily work on graphics for Rubble Rock and Gem but will also contribute to projects for our other companies.

Role Overview:

You'll support our lead graphic designer (who also serves as our webmaster) by taking on a variety of design tasks. While the lead designer focuses on high-level projects, your role will involve executing essential, creative, and fun assignments, ensuring all materials meet our standards.

Responsibilities:

• Edit AI-generated art for drop-shipping product concepts.
• Create illustrations and graphics for promotional materials, from flyers to in-depth books.
• Design and update graphics for websites, ensuring they align with our brand identity.
• Refresh business cards, stationery, and other branded materials as needed.
• Assist with other delegated design tasks to support the primary designer and overall team goals.

Work Environment:

You'll start by working in our shop office two days per week. Once you've established trust, credibility, and passed the trial period, work-from-home options will be available.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• A strong design portfolio that showcases your skills across a variety of projects.
• Artistic talent and an engaging style that demonstrates practice and creativity will be heavily weighted in the selection process.
