This is for those that love paperwork. Essentially the manager gets bogged down with paperwork and one day of assistance per week is sufficient to keep them on track. You’ll come in and do a routine checklist of various tasks. If there is time afterwards, the manager will delegate assorted admin jobs to you.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Scanning and uploading expense receipts to google drive
  • Sourcing and printing receipts
  • Filing new employee data
  • Typing emails into email marketing lists
  • Managing Art Studio/ Sublease Documents
  • Creating Shopify Products
  • Weighing and measuring products
  • Adding tags
