Our website currently shows a small selection of the commercial-grade stock we have on hand. We also carry a wide variety of large statement pieces and rare minerals. You are also welcome to visit our storefront in person and browse through our vast collection.

Simply prove that you are a reseller. Via our Wholesale Registration Form, in a video chat, or during an in-person visit to our shop, show us or provide:

• GST and/ or PST numbers registered with a business in this field
• Your website
• Your business card

We need to see something that pertains to rocks and proves you intend to resell our products. Once you have supplied this information you can immediately access online discounts from our website.

1. Requesting a video chat during appointment times (see below) is the best way to see the crystals better and see exactly what you are picking. Especially when you want to choose a large, statement piece to wow your customers or guests, our video chats via Zoom, Instagram, and Skype are “the next best thing to being there.”
2. Visiting our website after submitting your proof of intent to resell via email, and receiving confirmation. As soon as you receive our confirmation, you can sign into your Rubble Rock and Gem profile and access wholesale prices online.
3. Visiting us in-person allows you to see so much more than we post on the website. You might catch sight of pieces we may not show you in a video chat. When you are onsite, you can hand-select anything you like from our retail or wholesale showrooms, inspecting and touching any of our fabulous items that pique your interest. No appointment necessary.

We don’t advertise our wholesale prices, and ask that if you purchase from us, that you also keep our wholesale prices confidential. All online and in-store prices are retail. Once you are a wholesale member, you’ll enjoy sliding scale discounts depending on how much you spend per visit and annually.

Note that the wholesale minimum purchase is $400 (after applying discounts) for in-store and video chat appointments. Yes, that means you can purchase any amount of stock on-line.

You may buy 1 item at a time, or entire boxes. You can buy big statement pieces, or small chips and tumbles—as long as you meet the reseller criteria.

Shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We already discount our stock so deeply that we cannot cover shipping as well. Please note, however, that we do not apply handling charges and the price you pay for shipping is exactly what we are charged by Canada Post.
