If You're Local

Stop by in person or register for a wholesale account online before your visit—either way, it’s easy. Shopping in-store is by far the best way to access our full inventory, see every stone up close, and discover one-of-a-kind pieces that never make it online. The website only shows about 10% of what we carry, so trust us—there’s a lot more waiting for you here.

If You're Not Local

We offer live, personalized shopping via Zoom, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Video—your choice. These video chats let you see exactly what you're purchasing, ask questions in real time, and shop as if you were here in person. It's especially helpful for selecting large statement pieces or building a curated stock.

Video chat appointments are available most weekdays between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific Time. Just reach out to us to request a session—we’ll get back to you as soon as possible, often the same day, and coordinate a time that works for you.

To get started, we just need to verify that you’re a reseller. You can register via our Wholesale Registration Form, in-store, or during a video call. Please provide at least one of the following:

• GST and/ or PST numbers registered with a business in a related field
• Your website or social media account showing rock/crystal sales
• A business card or marketing material connected to resale

Once approved, you’ll be granted wholesale access and discounts, either for in-person visits or video chat appointments.

We do not publicly list our wholesale pricing, and we ask our partners to keep all pricing confidential. All in-store and website prices are retail by default. Once your wholesale account is approved, you’ll receive access to sliding-scale discounts based on how much you spend per visit.

Minimum wholesale purchase:

• $400 (after discounts) for in-store or video chat shopping
• No minimum for online browsing (but online shopping is limited)

You can buy a single item or fill an entire cart—it’s up to you.

Shipping is charged at-cost based on Canada Post rates. We never apply handling fees, and we’re fully transparent about what it costs. Free shipping isn’t possible at these margins, but we do everything we can to make sure you’re getting top value.
