Description: This fire opal has some gem fire opal that's transparent and translucent, but it it mostly matrix. some of the matrix has play of color, but it is soft in nature. This rough is often cut with the matrix on the bottom and the gem opal at the apex of the cab like an eyeball. Yet, this potch opal means its mostly all matrix.
