Description: Mosasaurs are a family of marine reptiles that ruled the seas 90 million years ago. Mosasaurs had flexible skulls and jaws that were double-hinged which they used to swallow prey whole. 

This Mosasaur tooth was found embedded in the matrix and has not been remounted. You can see the wear and tear of the tooth as it has been weathering for a very long time.
