Description: These Russian ammonites are not cut in half. The are full ammonites that have had one side of the shell sanded and polished away to reveal the inside.
There are two grades. The staff picks will have significantly more cavities and sparkly vugs. The standard variety will have more solid areas- ie. less shell chambers showing.
These are beautiful, and rare, and getting harder to aquire.
