Description: Mangano calcite is a variety of calcite, a common mineral found in sedimentary rocks and limestone formations. This particular variety of calcite gets its name from its significant manganese content, which is also responsible for its lovely banded hues of pastel pink. Additionally, the manganese content of this mineral causes it to vibrantly fluoresce a bright pink-red color when exposed to Ultraviolet light. 

Metaphysically, Mangano Calcite is known a healing crystal associated with the Heart chakra. Its pink color symbolizes love, compassion, and emotional healing. This crystal helps with trauma and grief, especially in children.
